Sip an aperitif overlooking the St. Lawrence
The perfect prelude to a fine gourmet dinner, cocktail receptions can
be hosted in various enchanting settings throughout the inn, all with a
captivating view of the river. Depending on the weather, the final number
of guests and the tone you wish to set for the event, cocktails can be
taken in the bar, the living room or on the main terrace.
These three locations are all adjacent to each other and thus can be used together for large cocktail receptions. We can host up to 125 guests. Finally, the secondary terrace is ideal for a private event since it is adjacent to the Salle du Fleuve, which can seat up to 60 guests for meals.
To provide appropriate reception and service, we generally prefer the “single cocktail” approach for groups. Depending on the number of guests, we can also provide open bar service.
