The inn offers various menus. The «Retour du marché» menu changes every day based on market availability and the chef's inspiration, while Tentation and Découverte menus change with the seasons while featuring a few inevitable favourites such as Québec lamb and fish smoked on site. In summer season, the Chef also offers an «À la Carte Menu» featuring signature dishes.
But fine dining greets the rising sun at La Pinsonnière since we offer homemade pastries for breakfast and small fresh salads and grilled dishes at noon (in summer).
The discrete, attentive service rounds out the epicurean experience of a meal at La Pinsonnière, set in the elegant dining room featuring paintings by renowned artists and the simple majesty of the St. Lawrence River.
