More than 12,000 bottles with 750 labels are resting in our cellars, one
of Canada’s most beautiful.
Year after year, our cellar has garnered the “Best of Award of Excellence” from the prestigious American magazine Wine Spectator. Our stock includes rare wines, fine vintages and pleasant discoveries from around the world, which our sommeliers will be pleased to introduce to you in an exclusive tasting.
With advice from wine lovers, you can select your wine in the cellar and even take part in a technical tasting periodically held by the head sommelier. A tour of the cellar starts daily around 5:30 pm.
